“Just a quick note to thank you for your fine site [website] and ‘The Best Hand Made American Furniture’ EVER!!!! Please, Please, Keep up the finest craftsmanship in the USA!!!
“Dear Ms. Brown [Karges artist],
Your exquisite painting on pieces I shall treasure surely deserves a word of commendation and gratitude. The delicate touch with which you approached every piece, especially the lovely night stands (bedside commodes), are a unique work of art. An ethereal quality fills a most personal room, adding great serenity and beauty. To have you enter a scroll with my name is particularly endearing.
In a world where genuine pride in quality is fast disappearing, it gives one hope for a better tomorrow. If we cannot leave the world better for having passed by, what is life for?
May your rewards be many.
Best personal regards,
“What beautiful furniture. Could you please tell me if there is a rectangular cocktail table to match the #4110 end or lamp table pictured on your website? Is there anyone in the Scottsdale, AZ or Louisville, KY area that carries your product as I may be visiting in the near future. Thanks.”
“Dear Ms. Karges:
I wanted to drop a quick note to let you know how satisfied my wife and I were when the mirror we ordered was delivered yesterday.
Ms. Karges, I must tell you that the craftsmanship and attention to detail that was put in the production of the mirror ‘radiates.’ The final product we received is beyond our expectations. We want you to know how happy your employees and the Karges Company have made us with our purchase. In the recent past we have purchased furniture from the XXXXXX collection of XXXXXX. Although we are overall content with the furniture we have purchased from them, I am sorry to say that we fail to see the same level of professionalism, craftsmanship, care and diligence in their final products.
We are so happy with the mirror, the cocktail table and the server that we have purchased in the past that we have now placed an order with our local showroom for the King Size Bed and the Hepplewhite Triple Dresser for our bedroom. We are certain to be as happy with these future purchases as well.
Ms. Karges, we encourage you and your staff to please maintain the same high level of production standards and care to detail in the future as you do now. It is a pleasure having your pieces in our home.
Congratulations to you and your company on outstanding workmanship in an age where it is truly tough to find.

“To Whom It May Concern:
Enclosed find the original invoice for a breakfront I purchased while living in Indiana and working for Sears, a job I had for 43 years. This wonderful piece of furniture has been through 6 moves over 4000 miles, and endured over 5000 earthquakes of magnitude 2.0 or more. Last big quake was 7.7 in 1987; the door came open and lots of Hoosier antiques flew 10 feet across the room, breaking quite a few.
I ordered it on 11-18-47 and it was shipped 12-12-47. This was pretty speedy delivery.
Thanks again for making a fine quality piece of furniture.
A Real Satisfied Customer,

(her birthday present 1947)”
For your very fine furniture.
I hope to purchase your American Quality furniture this year for my new home. It is a great help to know that a company such as Karges still sells the true craftsmanship that this country produces.
If you would be so kind, please inform me as to who in the Tampa, Florida area I should contact to purchase your furniture.
Again, thank you for your fine and winning effort to craft the finest American furniture.
“To Whom It May Concern:
I would like to take this opportunity to thank Karges Furniture Company for allowing us to tour your plant last evening. I have never had the opportunity to see a piece of Karges furniture much less the privilege of a first hand view. I would like to say that the quality of the furniture was very impressive; but even more important than that, I would like to comment on the extreme pride in your company that was displayed by the gentlemen that took us through your plant.
There was not a question in my mind that when I left the tour this indeed is a great company. Any company that produces this high quality of employee has truly done something right in today’s society. To see employees stand up and say in so many words and actions, ‘This is my company and I’m proud of it,’ is almost nonexistent today. If all of your employees are like these gentlemen, no wonder you have been in business for so many years. If you could bottle this trait and sell it to other companies you would truly become millionaires.
